Following the free initial no obligation discussion, the consultant prepares your proposal detailing the services we recommend to achieve your objectives and maximising return on your investment. Most projects are agreed at a fixed fee with no hidden costs.

Our daily consultant rate is competitive in the market and inclusive of normal travel expenses and all administration costs.

Our proposals detail the services we recommend so that our clients know exactly what they are buying and how much it will cost with no hidden costs. In the majority of projects, our fees are more than recovered by the first year’s savings through the implementation of CaterMap strategies and recommendations.

The proposal will detail which consultant is leading the project and those associates carrying out other specific elements. With the exception of unforeseen circumstances, the consultant/s detailed will complete the project.
